FAIR IS FOUL.
FOUL IS FAIR.
Set against the bloody backdrop of World War One, this gripping new production brings all of Shakespeare’s visceral power and excitement to the Putney stage.
WHEN SHALL WE THREE MEET AGAIN?
IN THUNDER, LIGHTNING, OR IN RAIN?
The war has come to an end. But, driven by dark and ancient supernatural forces, Macbeth embarks on a gruesome path of murderous ambition, chillingly supported by history’s most monstrous wife. The world is out of kilter and the horrors of the battlefield swamp every soul.
WHEN THE HURLY-BURLY’S DONE
AND THE BATTLE’S LOST AND WON…
Exactly 100 years to the week since World War One’s eleventh hour ceasefire, Shakespeare’s greatest tragedy and its devilishly entertaining tale of bloody murder and civil war is thrillingly re-staged for a new audience.
